Ms. Weltz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, where she was a member of the Pre-Legal Honor Society. She is a cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor and a Certification in Intellectual Property, along with receiving an Excellence in Intellectual Property award. Ms. Weltz was also a member of the St. Thomas Trial Team.
Prior to joining Lott & Fischer, Ms. Weltz interned in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, as well as the Office of the Public Defender for the 8th Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Florida.
