Noah H. Rashkind is a partner at Lott & Fischer. He is also a Registered Patent Attorney, and an Adjunct Professor of Astronomy at the University of Florida’s Bryant Space Science Center, and was previously a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Mr. Rashkind earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy, with a minor in Physics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he was the Founder and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
While in law school, Mr. Rashkind clerked for The Division of Patents and Licensing at the University of South Florida. After law school, he went on to earn a Master of Science in Astronomy from the University of Florida, where he teaches an Interdisciplinary Studies course of his own creation called The Art and Science of Astrophotography.
Prior to joining Lott & Fischer, Mr. Rashkind served as an Assistant Public Defender, where he gained years of experience litigating complex criminal matters. He has tried 49 jury trials to verdict, dozens of bench trials, and argued countless motion hearings in both state and federal courts. Mr. Rashkind is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
