Dylan Smith joins Lott & Fischer

Lott & Fischer is pleased to announce that Dylan H. Smith has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Smith earned his LLM in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University College of Law.

Prior to joining Lott & Fischer, Mr. Smith served as Assistant State Attorney for the 8th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Smith interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he worked in Governmental Affairs, and also interned at the Florida Attorney General’s Office.
