Leslie Lott to speak at INTA annual meeting in Orlando, Florida May 22, 2016

Leslie Lott, of Lott & Fischer, PL, will serve as the mediator in the live re-creation of an actual mediation at the annual meeting of the International Trademark Association meeting in Orlando, Florida on May 22, 2016. Ms. Lott, a member of the International Trademark Association Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, will re-create her role as a mediator in an actual trademark infringement case, which she mediated successfully. Original counsel for both sides will also participate. The re-creation will give attendees the opportunity to experience an actual mediation, and to learn how this procedure can be used to resolve disputes out of court.
