Leslie Lott will speak at The Florida Bar 2007 Midyear Meeting on January 19, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Her presentation, “I.P. Rocks: Intellectual Property and the Entertainment Business” will address the intellectual property of band names, and what happens to the names when the bands have broken up.
